UK delivery

We dispatch all CRAGGI orders from our Wiltshire base, and we deliver across the UK with tracked courier services.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day. At busy times, such as sales and holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times and charges

Standard Delivery takes 2-4 working days once your order has been dispatched. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the service you select. We occasionally offer free UK delivery promotions, which are shown on the website when available.

Dispatch and tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where available. Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date and we will help raise a claim with the courier.

Incorrect address

If an incorrect address is provided we cannot guarantee recovery of the parcel, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

International orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
