How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days, and Standard Delivery then takes 2-4 working days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our shipping and delivery page for full details.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where available.

Can I return my hat?

Yes. Under UK law you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and then have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Read our full returns and refunds policy.

My order arrived damaged or has not arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date and we will help raise a claim with the courier.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges.
