Baker boy hat or newsboy cap?
They're the same classic style – a soft, full crown gathered into a short peak. 'Baker boy' is the traditional British name, 'newsboy cap' is more common in the US, and you'll also see it called a Gatsby, Shelby or Peaky Blinders cap.
